Exact eligibility, age, licence duration and deposit levels will always be explained clearly and confirmed in your individual hire agreement.
Choose the type of hire you need: standard/PHV hire, accident/replacement hire or long-term/fleet hire. An automatic Hire Reference Number is generated for you straight away.
Provide your contact details, council and badge area, how you plan to use the vehicle and when you want to start and for how long.
Tell us your preferred vehicle type and any special requirements, then upload your driving licence, badge and other documents.
We check your details, confirm suitable vehicles and availability and prepare a draft rental agreement.
Once you're happy, you sign the agreement, pay the deposit and first week's hire, and collect or receive the vehicle.
